Mother's Day was May 10, 2026. After not receiving a delivery notification on 5/9/26, I checked the delivery status and it showed delivery had been moved to May 10, 2026, which is Mother's Day. I called them at 1 PM ET in the afternoon to confirm my flowers would be delivered that day. Initially, customer service told me they were already delivered; then, they called back and said they wouldn't be delivered on May 10th. I informed them that was completely unacceptable, as these were clearly for Mother's Day and had to be delivered that day. They were already a day late. Customer Service called the designer who refused to make and deliver my flowers and then Customer Service informed me that the flowers would not be delivered until 5/14/26 - FOUR DAYS after Mother's Day and FIVE DAYS after my originally selected delivery date. I had no idea what I was missing all these years! The decor is absolutely beautiful; the flowers are fragrant, expertly crafted and always fresh. My favorite part about the experience, though, had to be the Polish pottery displayed all about the room. The owner shared the fascinating history about how these beautiful pieces are made. I won't tell you myself, but I highly recommend you ask next time you stop in. I mentioned that it was my birthday while I was buying one of the mugs (pictured below), and the owner quickly began picking out complimentary flowers for me and my grandmother!
