The waitstaff and bartenders would rather play on their phones than do their jobs. Owner has been business many many years. He knows how to run a restaurant better than this.

The workers here are usually local high school and kids from the college. I've never had a bad experience with anyone. Always very polite, kind, and efficient. The 4 stars instead of 5 because it's really just another fast-food place, but if you've never experienced a Runza before, I urge you to try one. Especially if you're traveling through this town. It's super unique for the area because you'll need to drive a bit to find another one. (You can get a McD's or DQ anywhere.) They're dips are SO good. I wish I could order a bunch of their ranch to take home. LoL Never been inside. So no comments on that.

The servers were all very friendly and attentive. Started with a salad from their salad bar. At first it looks pretty make shift but it was a good salad and the blue cheese dressing was very good.
