There were severe spots of soda abuse in my teen's room, and possibly clay from kids craft. I knew it wouldn't look new, but I needed better, and that's what Wesley gave me! The less traveled carpets looked REALLY nice and the carpet wearing the heavy traffic was better. The living room was so soiled that it had some funky stripes going on after the initial cleaning. I talked to Wesley about it and he explained that there had been a lot of soil in that one area (indeed there had been). He offered to do it again, charging only the price of gas.
