Let's just get that tiny detail out of the way. I have a big ol' 19 pound kitty who needs (and loves) a good haircut from time to time. He's long hair and I can just tell when he's hot and uncomfortable. In the summer I get his hair cut, in a lion cut, and I can never tell if he's strutting 'round because he thinks he looks handsome or stupid. But with the pom-pom tail, big hairy mane and boots with the furrrrrr, he just can't be beat. Now that we've moved to Rockwall I keep trying to find replacements for all my "best of" list I've used for years in Dallas. I'm picky and not going to let just any ol' gal with hair trimmers touch my kitty. I got her card from the Vet and kept it, knowing I'd need it some day. Once the summer heat set in, I made an appointment. Ozzy got his pill, was amply tranquilized and got his hair cut. She honestly did an awesome job. He's struttin' around, lookin' good and feelin' fine. She only took about 2h (would have gone quicker had he not cheeked his first dose of ACE), and he was back home drunk and sassy quick.
