I really appreciate having a local option for a self-service dog wash, and I'm sure their grooming…read moreservices are excellent. However, the pup wash could use a few improvements to match the $25 price point. There was no shampoo or rubber scrub brush available, and the aprons weren't waterproof, which made things a bit challenging. Adding a few basics--like shampoo, a scrub brush, and better aprons--would make a huge difference and attract more customers. In a small town like Princeton, this could be a great way to stand out. I love supporting small businesses, so if these updates are made, I'd definitely come back!

My dog was so happy and clearly felt great after her grooming. I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Puppy Love Pet Spa!

Before, she was my grandmothers dog and every time she went in the car it meant either the vets or groomers. Now it means visiting family or the park. I didn't want to damage the progress I've made with her over the past 2 months. Shes been through a lot already with her previous owner passing and moving to a new house in a new town. Bella made things much easier. She called ahead, let me know the time of her arrival and of any possible delays. She was nice, easy to talk to, and understood our wants and needs. She set up shop in her cute little trailer right in front of my house and had patches in and out in an hour. This included a bath and a trim on her hair and nails. She managed to get those pesky hairs around Patches mouth, and trim her nails regardless of her extremely long quicks. She explained to me that the quicks would shorten over time with regular appointments and the use of her dremel, which is great news. The best part was that Patches wasn't stressed or panicked in any way and was able to go straight home and back to her daily life as a pampered baby. After a treat and a snack she is now taking her afternoon nap. We will definitely be using Bella Pooches for all of our grooming needs. Thank you!
