Another hour passes by, (it's been 3 hours since I made the order now), and I still haven't heard anything. I call again, and was told that the driver would be emailed ASAP about my order. Finally, ANOTHER HOUR goes by (4 hours since order has been made) and I haven't heard anything. I call the customer service line one more time, and I was told they were now going to call the driver. They hung up and I waited for them to call me back. I get a call back, stating that the Oshawa branch is not answering any of the calls being made from the Customer Service line in Toronto. AGAIN, customer service tells me they're going to call the driver again and call me back "ASAP" ... It's been 1 hour now. 5 hours since I made the order. I haven't heard anything.
