Notice on the til explains a new facility for bulk returns so that could help the situation. The other effect that wholesale buying has is on their stock levels. Any import beer on sale is quickly sold out so you have to be on top of it to get those deals.

You shop and pre-pay online on the LCBO site and you get an email when your order is ready for pick-up which is usually less than 24 hrs. Once you receive the email, you go to the store and give them your order number, they bring out your order and off you go. What I really appreciated from this location was their carry out service. The very kind gentleman brought my order out to my car and placed it in the trunk for a truly contactless service.

Having said that, this location is good and very conveniently located close to the No Frills. They have a good collection of beers, except for the 6-pack of Corona Light. For some reason, except for LCBO, all other stores only keep Corona Extra. I haven't seen this place much crowded and the turnaround time per customer at the cashier is quite fast, so even with the queue, you don't really lose much time.
