I am writing this review to advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this business,…read moreparticularly in light of my experience and the conduct that followed. On Monday, 23 February 2026, a white delivery van belonging to this shop and driven by the owner turned into the road I was crossing and passed extremely close to me, my husband and our dog. I found the manner of driving to be unsafe and alarming. I am currently pregnant, which made the situation particularly distressing. Had we not moved quickly, I believe there was a real risk of serious injury. I approached the afterwards to raise my concern. No apology was offered, and the interaction was not handled in a professional or constructive manner. I subsequently left a factual Google Review describing the incident. In response, the owner confirmed that both onboard van CCTV and warehouse CCTV captured the event. However, rather than addressing the safety concern directly, his public response included outdated sexist remarks and inappropriate references to unborn children. This was deeply disappointing. It is concerning that a long-standing business would feel the need to resort to personal and gender-based commentary rather than engaging professionally and focusing on the safety issue raised. His response also included statements asserting that an apology had been given. This is categorically incorrect. No apology was offered at any stage. Given both the seriousness of the incident itself and the manner in which it was subsequently handled, I would strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this business, particularly in relation to safety, professionalism, and the accuracy of its responses to legitimate customer concerns. This review reflects my genuine experience.

" Yes we are- it's called BRITAIN" I say. We tried to get three companies to deliver furniture to us and all said they couldn't deliver it. W T Home Centre though, not only said they could, they managed it efficiently and quickly and kept us informed right up to delivery. We can't praise or recommend them enough. Ordered a bed from this store brilliant customer service no bull shit sales tactics good fair…read moreprices friendly staff well helpful delivered this morning the stairs in my flat are really hard to get anything up the lads slowly persevered and managed to get the bed base up with a single mark or any damage family members have also used these lads and have nothing but good to say good quality single piece divan base im a big lad beds don't last but the quality in the build of these bases show I bought a bed from another known Rhyl store less than a year ago and its had me and my family highly recommend this business for your beds and anything else they have reasonable prices for quality products customers for life now my family support a local business who looks after its customers and values your business make HOME ELLEGANCE RHYL your family go to store for beds and any other furniture they have i can guarantee you won't find better has I've learnt by using elsewhere and ended up with inferior products. The furniture is mostly beds, with a few other items like bureaus and shelves. The prices seemed reasonable for furniture, but I must admit I was too weirded out to take a close look. And I don't think I would really go out of my way to go here for either furniture or cards.

When I purchased the wardrobe at know time was I told you had to pay a extra £5.00 to take it upstairs, where did they think it was going to go.. They've just had a baby my brother had to take the wardrobe apart to take it upstairs on his own. The whole point was so he didn't have to make the wardrobe up.. Really annoyed..

In the first instance you should take a look round Boughton's show room. Some of their stock is being sold off cheap because of the relocation. Speak to Peter their designer to get an idea of what is possible and have them come and and put you a plan together. They will then manufacture and fit your new bedroom. Replies to emails and telephone calls were prompt, the service exemplary in every respect, and the prices were unbelievably good. The delivery service was free and the men were very courteous and everything went like clockwork. I purchased over the telephone, and how lovely to get an old-fashioned, hand written receipt in the post the next day with credit card docket attached.
