Zorro can be kinda cranky and not trusting of strange people and hates other dogs. I was a little worried he wouldn't do well there, but they met and evaluated him first and said he did ok there, he was just a little shy and liked his personal space. He was in good shape and good spirits when we picked him up and the nice lady had him in her arms tail wagging when we came back for him, and they gave him all his meds while he was there. The staff is very friendly. They are a little pricey but it's not outrageous.
