For one salad, they used dark green lettuce which had a more bitter taste (cost saving?) I prefer my lettuce a lighter green. The temperature of the restaurant has consistently been colder than I prefer, which also cools down the food quicker. Longhorn is based in the Atlanta area and I've noticed restaurants are better when they're closer to their headquarters which played into our decision making when we chose it. My wife walked in around 11.45 and left the store at noon because nobody had started the food, the store was packed, and only two staff members were trying to handle the business at this location. We left and tried to call the business for Al ist one hour while we were driving, but nobody picked up the phone call and I was unable to cancel my order. My wife contacted customer service without success. Her complaint has not been addressed since then. I checked just recently and my app shows that my order was picked up. Either that's another system generated message that's incorrect, or someone else picked up my almost $20 order that I was charged for.
