It is obvious Tonya from the time you make that first visit knows your dog and your dog knows her. Our Reilly shows her excitement of coming here with her excitingly swinging of her tail. Animals know who treat them well, Reilly shows no apprehension walking into this dog grooming salon. Tonya is making her welcome as soon we walk in. The service provided at this point has been unmatched by anyone else who has groomed our Golden Doodle. The fur of a Golden Doodle can be a challenge but not for Tonya and crew. The price of services are unmatched by anyone else who provides these services in our area. They are very reasonable especially for the amount of work that she does. We have used this salon for our Reilly three times and I was surprised to learn that no one or the owner had not added this service/business to YELP. She loves animals and treats them all with gentleness and respect. My dog is a gentle giant and a bit timid. Yet, Jill has won her over and my pet is always happy to return for her 6 week grooming. Jill also helped me with my elder cat who had stopped grooming herself and become badly matted. The lion cut Jill gave her was really cute, but more importantly gave the cat great relief. She came home much happier and more comfortable. I'm not sure what happened in the first review, because Jill has always given me only what I asked for and worked with us to give our pets the best care. I think she's the best groomer we've ever had, and we always had pets and lived a variety of places. I recommend her highly.

I called to see if they could possibly get my Aussie/Great Pyrenees in a day earlier to get groomed since she was a mess. They were able to squeeze her in! I drove from pikeville (45 mins) and she was done in about 4 hours, which isn't bad regarding the last minute change and all the dark, sticky mud/clay she got into. They took their time making sure she was completely spotless, de shedded, and cleaned around the ears and backside. Super grateful for their accommodation and the work they did on her! She smells and looks great! Also, they have large individual crates with mats in the back to make sure your doggo is well taken care of before and after their time. I am definitely coming back here for all her grooming needs! Very clean building, very cute decor, and pleasant staff!
