I bought a house from this office through another real state agent, on their video walk through agent Nicollete Samash made claims of new paint inside and out not once but twice, and also that there was a security system. NOT TRUE! Then when we confronted them through our system agent they lied again about that we missed interpreted them, and that the paint was only in spots where it were needed. VERY DECEPTIVE! Then they said they couldn't do anything because they did not represent us. They started blaming us for the whole thing when we only ask for the truth about the paint.
