The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to each couple's needs. It is the largest in the area, so the event can easily be moved inside when the weather is a bit uncooperative. EVERY time a door opens a loud DING DONG is heard throughout the venue, during important speeches, dances, etc it was just DING DONG DING DONG. I get the security but its gotta get turned off during events. The venue itself is GORGEOUS, loved how they decorated and made it look amazing and very clean BUT the location is not good. I guess that highway is the main highway for fire trucks and loud vehicles every 5 min, they had their ceremony outside and during certain parts all you hear is a firetruck and its horn going off. This is a great place for regular parties but wouldn't recommend for weddings
