They were there when we needed them, they let us have control when we needed them, and were behind the scenes making sure everything went perfectly. I could not have asked for a better venue or a better team supporting us. When you book them, you get the whole weekend to set up, have the wedding, and clean up. Shelly gives unrestricted access to her rooms full of decorations, direction on where to go to get everything you need for the big day, and makes sure to help fill in any gaps you may have missed. She is like a second wedding planner but knows when to back off if she is not needed. Rick helped coordinate the ceremony and got the ball moving whenever it was time for each step to take place. He was irreplaceable during our rehearsal and our wedding would not have gone as smoothly without him. Would not recommend any one else to support you during your big day!

Upon arrival we were greeted with fresh, homemade cookies, and warm weather to survey the property. We enjoyed our afternoon at the dock, overlooking the lake, and then enjoyed a nice hike! The weather was warm and sunny- but by the next morning, we had hail, rain, and snow! That morning Rebecca ventured out in the snow to bring us our tasty breakfast! The waffles and eggs and bacon could not be beat! We made our own coffee in the room, plus she provided orange juice in our refrigerator. (She stocks the kitchenette with tea, coffee, cream, and sugar.) By that morning, power was going on and off but they thankfully kept it on with their generators! Whether sunshine, rain, or snow-- we stayed cozy and loved it! We tackled the snow and left, but we will be back to Three Falls Cove and stay longer stay next time!

The only thing that was worth what we paid was the decor. Many of our guests got sick including Bride from the food it was awful, and we had to shut our party down 1.5 hr early. Some of our guests stayed after we left, and they even shut the lights off on them. We were treated very cold, and I feel it's because we CHOSE to have a lower budget reception. I regret hiring this venue, and my heart is just saddened as again we had such high hopes. There was no communication prior to, and I was told it was my coordinator, and Dj's fault. I tried to express my experience with the owners, and she kept talking over me and just wasn't trying to hear me. We did not get to enjoy our day there at all.

Check is was amazing as the person that checked me in was lovely and friendly and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat! The room was well sized, it did have a bit of a stale sweat odor unfortunately! Honestly, don't sell the room (or at least discount it) if it's that bad and you know it! No continental or provided breakfast either. You can buy breakfast from a "cafe". For over $200 for one night. We could have stayed anywhere else, we should have, but we didn't know the room condition until we had all our things in the room and it was 11:00 at night already. Certainly our bad for not just leaving, but my experience is my experience, so here we are. Giving 2 stars for the beds being somewhat comfy; if the A/C worked and the cot was not broken (and they knew it), it would be higher.
