Owner and team agreed that they saw my notes on account, then the day I brought in I discussed again concerns and history. Came to pick up and had an additional $40 charge for mat removal, that was not discussed or called to me. They stated we don't call to alert to additional cost/fees..WHAT? So, no need to address the cost associated to the service, I am just expected to cover no discussion? Please note, if called I would have approved if I understood the need, but while there could be areas to remove it was not anything of known nature or huge impact. Outcome: Poor Communication, Lack of corrective action when concerns presented and up charges for items not discussed. Be aware, services were wonderful until mid 2024 now I am questioning my provider options.

Walking in for the first time was the cutest thing. I looked to my left and saw an area for the dogs to be able to sit for instagram photo ops. I just loved that. Right in front were tons of different toys and birthday treats which is exactly what we were interested in for our girls. The employees were friendly and asked if there was any assistance that we needed but with everything on beautiful display it wasn't hard for us to pick what items we wanted to get them. As an everyday expense, I would say that this is a little high-end but for special occasions I think it's just perfect to be able to spoil your furry best friend(s). Our girls especially love dog friendly ice cream and they have that available so that was one of the number one items on our list. Once we got home with the girl's gifts and they got to enjoy them, and I would say they definitely gave them two paws up.

She was immediately comfortable there, they had zero issues with her and she came home looking AMAZING! (She even got a pretty pink bow) So mad we didn't find Happy Tails 5 years ago when we got her or 15 years ago when we got our previous GSD. Dunedin Happy Tails is literally an answer to prayer. In addition, the prices were very much comparable or better than most of the brick and mortar grooming establishments that I had contacted. I contacted Tammy and found her to be responsive, friendly, and she made it super easy to book. I have one 'special needs' boy who needs to be cut standing, which can be a chore. Tammy had no problem with that. She is a former veterianrian techinician and that was extra peace of mind for me. On the day of the appointment, she sent me a text to let me know she was on her way. She arrived on time and was able to pull her truck and grooming trailer right in front of the house. The trailer is self-contained and very clean. She ensured that she understood the type of cut I wanted and then greeted my dogs. They were very comfortable with her immediately and climbed right into the grooming trailer without hesitation. I was extremely pleased with the cuts. Tammy also gave me some great nutrition and care advice on an issue that no one else seems to be able to pinpoint. Her advice has really helped. I really appreciated the extra care and concern in addition to the fantastic grooming. The cute bows and bandanas were a super nice touch. If you are in the market for mobile grooming, I absolutely recommend that you give Pet Grooming On The Go a shot.

I said "I will try to make it when I can." At 1201 I received a call from the shop asking when I was going to be there. The woman said, "I have been waiting since 1030. Are you almost here because I have to leave soon." I never promised to be there at a certain time other than their scheduled appointment which was at 12. Each of my dog's baths take at least half an hour so it did not make sense that she said she had to leave soon. Unprofessional and rude that this woman is frustrated that I did not come in earlier to accommodate HER.

Due to my job I have to work 12 hours a day and can't leave him home. They are so understanding and accommodating where I can drop him off early before opening and pick him up right after closing. The staff is wonderful, I see the live feed and they play with all the dogs hug them, give them pets and attention. They give my pup breaks when he needs them. They know what the dogs need and so intuitive. The place is clean and never smells like animals. On the live feed you see the employees clean up right away when the dog pees or poops. The staff is so friendly and look like they're happy working there. They truly care about the dogs and owners well being. I wouldn't trade them for the world. Amazing job. Oh and by the way they have a splash pad for the doggies who love water!! They have big dog and small dog play areas. Each have an inside and an outside and the dogs can come and go in and out when they want. The prices are super reasonable and great value packages. I can't recommend them enough. Anyone working super early or super late and need a daycare or boarding this is the place. A lot of my coworkers bring their pets here.

If anything, I would highly recommend bringing your dog here even just to get their nails done! I boarded her at AVIP for a short period of time as well as using their services for her nailtrim. I was dropping off on a Sunday, and driving from Pensacola I was going to be a couple minutes late to drop her off. I called the store when I knew I was going to be late and the staff stayed late to take us in. They do charge a late fee at this facility, but worth it considering that the staff had to stay late for us, and the level of care we were given, as customers who arrived past closing, rivalled the level of care recieved when arriving on time at other pet care facilities in the area. *The woman at the front desk was careful to relieve my fears as a first time boarder and answered every question I had... *My dog had a leg injury at the time of her boarding and the staff was very accommodating of her injury and even administered her pain medication for her every night during her stay! *The bath she retrieved at departure was high tier, she left smelling and looking better then she did when I dropped her off. AVIP comes highly recommended by myself and my pup, and we will be using their services in the future!
