Her excuse was that he saw me walking in and she couldn't do it right. NOT!!!! First of all, don't put him in the front of the store where he sees everyone getting in, and second of all, take him to the back and DO THE JOB you were paid for. It took THREE hours, and now I had to make an appointment with someone who knows what they are doing. A lady tried to warn me when I was getting in with the dog but I didn't listen. Go elsewhere, Petco is horrible!! The name of the girl was Lexi, and she should go get some training. She was nice, but needs the feedback, because this is not fair.

The best in Petco is the only one that I found that sells them cause I could not find them from PetSmart or Amazon had them of course, but Amazon got them from Petco so I just stick with Petco and do a auto ship. They're always on time. They never fail me and I'm thankful they make one that's this thick and it doesn't drip so thank you So Phresh you might want to help the customers a little bit by bringing your price down. I buy at least 144 of those pads every month if not twice a month so give the customer is a little break please

I've been a customer of TSC for many years, most of the locations I've frequented over the years…read morehave been located in rural areas around the country so I was really taken back when I pulled into the parking lot here in Palm Coast. The exterior is surprisingly hip maybe even swanky, the colors and palm trees really fit the areas's higher end feel, once you enter the store all of that is lost and you're back on the farm. The inventory here doesn't reflect the supply chain woes plugged by the media, maybe this business model that should be analyzed and duplicated. I'm sure everything stocked here is not made domestically but a lot of it does seem to follow the "buy American" theme. The staff here was friendly and helpful and customers filled most of the aisles during my visit - I was asked immediately upon entering the store if I needed assistance, after stating I did I was personally guided to the exact location I was looking for. After finding the right solution I needed I decided to do a walk through and check out all the other unique items on display before cashing out. This is beautiful store I highly recommend you give them a try if you've never been to a TSC...

According to that site we were supposed to get a dog that was seen by a vet and approved for sale and had all updated shots. Imagine our disappointment when we arrived home to see her shot records only included shots from when she was 1 months old! No rabies shots ever, which is illegal in FL! I reached out to the owner who also stated she had never given her heart worm medication either! I also sent her a picture of Bellas teeth which were in terrible shape. So basically they just bred her and made money off her and then sold her. The owner did agree to pay me for vaccinations and testing (thank goodness she was negative for heart worms). She did pay some after various excuses but missed (again) a promised payment. Please don't buy a puppy from Tiny Puppies World.
