We used a chain for the first few grooms until we found our way around. In NJ, he had seasonal skin issues as he grew up. Here they became full time and he needed to be groomed shorter as he aged and the need for a medicated shampoo was a must. even with the shampoo and close cuts, his skin was not improving. He was also starting to have mobility issues as he was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. It felt like the groomer I had used for over 2 years started to not care about his skin, lumps and bumps of my boy. Until Raina. We had a meet and greet and you could tell she was so compassionate. We had our first groom in July 2025. Rambo was very attached to me and she let me stay the entire 3 hours. She took such great care, grooming smaller sections at a time, letting him rest a few minutes in between each, even brought out a thick shag like pad to let him lay on. The change in his skin over the next month was nothing short of miraculous. Raina and her staff are true angels in my book! Thank you!

I took the dogs back today and just asked for a wash and furminator. The employee was VERY aggressive pushing additonal services. I told her multiple times we just had the full service about a month go. She would not back down on pushing for addiitonal services.The price on the board for wash and ferminator was $45 each. They charged be $280. This is a franchise and a rip off. There are many other options in Flagler/Palm Coast who are honest to have your dogs groomed. I suggest you find them and don't use this business.

I have several complaints the first being that he was not given his Benebone. Riley loves chewing on a Benebone which is safe and beneficial because one can't chew off any pieces and it keeps the teeth clean. The front desk indicated that my dog shreds toys, but I explained this was not similar and yet it wasn't given to him the whole entire nine days he was there. The camera for the center yard where he was to play never worked until last three days, never observed my dog and then saw just single dogs with an employee who was not the least bit engaged with any dog. In addition, my dog was clearly dehydrated when I came to pick him up. When we picked him up, he was panting and drank all of my bottled water in the car. He was obviously dehydrated. Not happy. P.S. Now few hours later noticed he has left eye infection! Really not happy.
