Anyway, the order was simple: a zero on the back and sides of the head, leave the top alone. And as a side note since I was going there so long was that there's a mole on the back of my head that they need to be careful about. Not only did the barber cut it and made it proceed to bleed in the shop, she also had the audacity to show another employee and then they both LAUGHED ABOUT IT WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE WITH MY HEAD STINGING AND BLEEDING. I know it's not a lot of blood but I had every reason to justifiably crash out. It hurt and she was very forceful about applying pressure to stop the bleeding. I left giving no tip. And while I understand "Accidents happen" I get that, she had the audacity to LAUGH WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE ABOUT IT LIKE CUTTING IT WAS FUN IN THE FIRST PLACE.
