I have paid $150-175 (even though it's posted to only be $60) for this service depending on stylist and amount of toner they choose to use however ever since they lost one of their stylists, I have not been happy at all. The last two times, I have been at this salon the experience was completely horrible. The time before last my highlight ended up with me having orange colored hair and the hair cut was uneven. The stylist that started the color didn't even finish it and they have no trouble pushing for a bigger tip and asking repeatedly about it even when they know you are unhappy with the work. I was charged almost $300 and my hair was orange and I was charged for the pounds of toner they dumped on it trying to fix the younger stylists mistakes. Which my highlights never came out even and the front pieces were never really blonde while the back was almost white! The older lady is really rude and made comments about my daughter's attitude until I lost my temper and said I will discipline my own child and do not require parenting tips. The last time I went there they refused to color my hair because it was too much trouble for a chemical service and they all wanted to go home early since it was a Saturday. This is my only day off and they told me to come back on Monday and I said if I could come on a Monday I wouldn't be here today. The hair cut was terrible and I was charged $20 and the stylist openly told me that she didn't cut the back when I asked her to take off 2 inches. Then she told me she had another client and did I care if she didn't blow dry my hair. I left with my hair wet and my shirt soaked. Even though I asked if I could just blow it out myself which surely let them know I didn't want to leave with my hair wet. The vibe is that you are lucky if they do anything you ask of them but they sure want that payment and tip which is the most attention they pay you during the entire experience! They take no responsibility for mistakes or quality of service. You pay full price and possibly more if they can find any way to up charge you they do regardless of effort or outcome! Also I have been present when they trash clients the moment they walk out the door. It's extremely unprofessional. Don't expect a quality service for a reasonable price. That's not what you will find at this location. I haven't always been unhappy with my hair but since they lost one of their stylists the place isn't worth going to any longer. I use to be happy with her and the price was reasonable but last two times since she has been gone are horrible and the older lady is beyond rude. Don't trust their posted prices it won't be what you pay when they ring you up!

Girl comes in from her smoking and says your still sitting well you might as well try another day. Got up left even tho just sat for 10 mins. Very unprofessional not to greet s potential customer and the rudeness of talking where customer could hear. If they don't want walk-ins then they need to revamp their sign outside and get better Customer Service. Thought is if you want business then you need to be on your A Game!

This hairstyle was my faithful sidekick for an incredible night of fundraising and dancing and my hair looked SENSATIONAL throughout. This was a major event that I spent months working toward and really wanted to look perfect and special for the night. So of course the first appointment I made was getting my hair done with the magical Antonio! Never once was I worried that it would fall apart or come undone (always a concern when doing something different)-- Antonio has normally done blowouts for me when I have a special event but I needed an updo for this particular dress. I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first time asking him for an updo but holy hell did Antonio deliver. Also not to mention their adorable Little Haven which is where I get my daughter's hair cut. We actually found Haven Salon because I was looking for a great place to get kid haircuts and the rest is history!
