Instead of helping, he told me my phone was "the only phone in the world" not working and basically blamed me for the issue. When I asked if there was another way to schedule an appointment, he cut me off and said, "Listen buddy, I don't have time for this right now. Can you come in in 15 minutes or not?" I can honestly say after that interaction, I would never let Nick anywhere near my hair with a pair of scissors.
