Today I called because the online booking system was not working for me, and I was trying to make an appointment. Nick answered the phone and immediately acted annoyed that I even called. Instead of helping, he told me my phone was "the only phone in the world" not working and basically blamed me for the issue. When I asked if there was another way to schedule an appointment, he cut me off and said, "Listen buddy, I don't have time for this right now. Can you come in in 15 minutes or not?" The entire conversation was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. I even had to ask multiple times just to get his name because he refused to give it at first. I can honestly say after that interaction, I would never let Nick anywhere near my hair with a pair of scissors.
