She even showed her photos of her current hairstyle and emphasized that she wanted NO layering or change in shape. Kayla proceeded to not only heavily layer the back but cut it at an angle at least 2-3 inches shorter than the rest and even worse, it is uneven and raggedy looking in the back. She ruined a very nice cut that my wife has been maintaining the look of for years. I don't know how it gets any simpler especially when you have PHOTOS to look at to see what the client is asking for.
