I've come to Danny a few times and he does not like when you ask him to fix any noticeable mistakes when he's done. Today, he gave me a noticeable bald spot and I saw him cut it too deep. When I pointed it out to him, he told me that I, "don't grow hair there"! I told him I do and I had some there when I came in today. He then started raising his voice saying I am moving around and can't see my hairline when I move around. He did this with another customer waiting and I got upset. I did not lose my composure, but I couldn't believe how he spoke to me. Danny is very nice as long as you don't correct his mistakes. I'm 75 years old and have had less than a dozen people cut my hair. My last barber was all the way in Wallingford and was moving to Sultan. I researched and gave Danny a shot for my hair and beard. He knocked it out of the park the first time. The haircut I liked better than from my previous barber. I'm fussy about my beard and was greatly pleased. Well, let me tell you, feel confident getting a good haircut with Danny is no gamble. My best description of this haircut experience can be summarized in one word...... "METICULOUS". Danny followed my simple instructions on how I liked my hair cut perfectly. You can spend more at National brand barbers with hairstylists that have less experience, you can get scalp massages, razor trims etc, (as I have in the past) and not get the simple and confident experience I had today with Danny. Stopped in today with my little guy (he's just shy of 4). All I told Danny was that he doesn't much care to get his hair cut (in hopes he wouldn't flip out like normal). Danny was BY FAR thy best guy I've had work on my screaming and hysterical child. Never once did I feel that he was irritated that my child wouldn't sit still or stop crying. He showed him how the clippers didn't hurt and we were able to tag team to get a good hair cut all while finally convincing my kid to somewhat sit still by the end. After all the wiggling, fighting, and screaming I was done for the day, but my little guy looks great, got exactly the style he likes, and Danny never lost his cool.
