Took my son here for the first time since we moved and his barber shop is in the Aliante side of town. The guy greets you right away as he finishes working on another gentleman when we got here at 6pm. When it was my son's turn I asked if he takes card and they only take cash. I verified its $20 as the board says and he says depending on the cut. Come to find out its $30. I already waited that long so I went along with it. When I asked where on the price list is the $30 he says its cuz of his hard line, after hours and the board isnt updated. When I asked when after hours starts, its after 6:30pm.. Even if we've been waiting since 6pm I still had to pay the fee, $30 plus tip. Lesson learned, he did a good clean cut but they need the price board updated. We'll see if we'll be back, will try before peak hours. read more

Only barbershop that says they're open till 7pm. I show up at 6:15 to 1 dude cutting hair no one else in there waiting. Instead of getting that last customer to make a dollar for the shop and to make a good tip for the end of the day, In classic barbershop fashion he says, 'we're closed.' I've been going to these shops for years and every year the employees get lazier and less professional. Oh well; I'll try somewhere else. read more

Do yourself a favor. Go see GABE at Goodtimes barbershop instead!!! Brought my son here on Sunday afternoon, called ahead of time to see if there was an available barber and the guy told me to come in right then and he would be taken. 10 minutes later I walk in and the guy sitting there just stares at me, no greeting, nothing. I said we had just called a few minutes prior and he said " yea sit down" . So, I leave my son( almost 13) to wait inside while I wait outside as I have my other two children with me who I did not want making a commotion in their shop. This is around 2:15 . At a few minutes before 3 ( 45 minutes later) this guy finally takes my son. Granted I understand a wait for walk-ins but don't tell me to come and be seen right away because nobody is there and then also have an appointment at the same time. At about 3:40 my son is done and I walk in to make sure everything is okay. I hear this guy ask my son how old he is and then say " 35 dollars" . I had given him 40$ thinking the cut was the 25$ as stated on the pricing , expecting him to give some change for a tip . This MF took the 40$ from my son and did not even attempt to tell us to wait for change or if we needed any. NOW the real problem. The cut is HORRENDOUS. My son asked for a comb over with a fade, he also has a hard part. There was no fade, the hard part was not touched up, he did NOT blend the top with the sides, scratched my sons head all around the edges, line up and neck. He looks like he has a mushroom on his head. Will never spend my money or time here again and I suggest you don't either. 40$ wasted and now I'll have to go spend more money to fix this mess. Im not usually a big reviewer but I felt the need to warn others before spending hard earned money here with arrogant barbers who lack skill in their craft. read more

Great place!! Came here to get an urgent fix, older son totally messed up younger sons hair..I came in asking for a magician, Barber named "Detroit" really did some magic!!! So if you need fixing...Ask for Detroit:))) I'm sure everyone in there does a great job too, other customers seemed pleased with their cuts and really, all of them in there are welcoming and personable;) We will definitely be back! read more

I've been visiting this barbershop off and on for about 4yrs after moving back and fourth from L.A. The top notch customer service continues to bring me back everytime. My most recent visit was on a busy Saturday and I brought my 7yr old son in with me without having an appointment. The head barber in front (Tee) was booked up but after hearing I was on a tight schedule for my sons soccer pictures he offered another available barber for the next walk in appointment. We were in and out within 30min and very satisfied with the quality of my sons cut. They have a convenient location off the 215 & Rainbow next to a delicious Soul Food Restaurant, Vietnamese Soup Spot, and a Albertsons. Prices are very reasonable and the interior is family friendly and clean! read more

Moved to Vegas from CA was looking for a new barber. My finding is that other barbers out here in NV think way too highly of themselves. I had an appointment with the OWNER of a different shop and he was 30 min and counting late, which I walked out of & found Barber Co. I love this shop, T cuts my hair now and I'll be returning to him going forward. Super attention to detail, always confirms with me what exactly I am wanting, is quick and polite if there's is something I would like changed. Yelp says they are open til 7:30. Their door says they are open til 7. Yet I showed up at 6:30 and the door was locked and the open sign was off. Its hard to get a haircut after work when most places close so early. This place was my saving grace after a long day at work and I'm disappointed I couldn't give them a fair chance. read more

Took my boys to get a zero fade and a hard part. There was the zero, but no fade. The fellas looked like that had a mushroom on their head. The young lady who cut there hair stated to me that she had no idea on how to blend it. That info would have been helpful when I was explaining what I wanted. She called in another barber, I guess he is employed to repair the cuts she does. This emergency barber was no more competent than the first one. Both my boys came out looking like extras in Slingblade. I then took my boys to Sport Clips even though I dislike their cuts for a complete buzz, #1 all around. I've been coming here for over (2) years when it was the Cutting Edge barbershop. Barbers come and go but Al is my go-to. I always call the day prior and set an appt as the first one in at 9am. He takes care of me with proper fades and always let me know of schedule changes ahead of time. Quality barbers make the shop, and Al is excellent. D & Luigi keep great music selection and you can always count on sports being played on the TVs. read more

I went in to get my mustache styled and trimmed . I showed pictures of what I wanted done. It looked like the guy knew what I wanted. I wasn't in the chair more than 10 mins and he left me just with a goatee , barely trimmed the edges of my mustache ( it was my first time growing it and it was my first time going to a barber to work on it) at the end he hit me with a $20.00 charge for nothing. I believe the board said $7.00 for a mustache. I got overcharged and just a lame trim something I could have done at home myself. Extremely disappointed . Don't go to this place. read more

I walked into the shop 5 years ago and there was Al ready to handle the business of getting my hair in shape. Very happy to say Al has skills. Keep up the good work "nephew ".
