They took her food order, ignoring all of her restrictions, gave her food she couldn't eat. Then at 7pm she was very hungry. Someone said they'd get her a turkey sandwich, 2 hours later she finally gets someone's attention and they tell her the kitchen is closed. She can have one packet of saltines. We ended up having to order food to be delivered. They went through her stuff and treated her like a criminal for no reason. I called to tell them she needed help because they were ignoring her, they hung up on me. Awful hospital.

This is Kingstown Hospital in London, UK not in America…read more A total nightmare. We are visiting from the USA, waiting for 7 hours in a filthy, small, packaged, old, hot ER room with hundreds of patients waiting to be seen by ONE doctor from Africa (third world mentality) who didn't order any exams to a 18 year old patient with possible blood clots who got injured in his arm and had some symptoms of possible vain injury. Social free health care sucks. You get what you pay for (zero payment = zero treatment). American terrible health care system is way better and more effective than the english free system. Third world countries have better hospitals and treatments than the ones in the UK. Btw doctor from this hospital said young people like our son with not family history of blood clots can get one. She was totally wrong based on what ChatGP is saying. Who is right? pray our son is fine that's what matters. Won't Visit this horrible hospital with inept doctor.

Residents at a table in a " so called" common area in hospital gowns and pull ups. Several nurses at the nurses station talking amongst themselves and having ZERO interaction with the residents. The care here TRULY borders on neglect. The firsst time i got to visit my loved one he was in a dirty shirt that didnt belong to him and I noticed feces under his fingernails. This place should be closed down.

The employees in staff seem to stay at the station and bring patients to sit around them to chat and socialize. With high wait times, patients are unnecessarily put in diapers. When a calm and reasonable complaint was made, retaliations came swiftly. There is no staffing for care but plenty for unnecessary security. Without being open to receiving feedback, this facility will never improve. I feel knowing what I know now, it would have been better to have PT and OT just come to the house.

I sat through an introductory consultation where every account and asset I own was provided. I asked the associate upfront what the fee(s) would be to establish a trust. Her response was that Mr. Pierro would be in to provide that. It was pretty stunning to hear $6k and I am sure if I presented with fewer assets the fee would be different, otherwise there would be transparency. I've since established the trust, and that plus a will, power of attorney, and health care proxy were all executed with a different law office, specializing in estate planning for $3k.

He literally abandoned me 2 weeks before we were due to settle because i didnt feel comfortable with what he negotiated. The negotiations took place off the record without my knowledge and nobody present. He tried bullying me and my younger brother into consenting to the agreement. When i asked for information and documents i was ignored. He was extremely immature, lazy and temperamental. If i was skeptical of anything he would get mad asking me if i was a lawyer. He would attempt to belittle me and lie so blatantly without even attempting to cover the lie up. there was no conversation he would just talk over you. He wants to tell you what hes going to do and what your going to do. He has no sentiment towards anyone at all. Jacob V. who is/was an associate there was assigned to my case originally. No complaints with him. He immediately went to work. Answered our questions. Communicated effectively. He was unwavering the minute we hired him for representation. According to Aaron he is no longer with the firm and thats how i ended up with Aaron. There may be other lawyers in the firm that are competent and wont treat you like a peasant. I dont know. This was my experience and it was nothing but anxiety the moment Aaron took our case. When we went our separate ways there were not any notes, documents, records of anything. He just pretty much winged it i guess who knows.

My experience working for FreedomCare changed drastically after the major layoffs in April 2025…read more Prior to that point, the company had a positive culture, strong teamwork, and a work environment that felt supportive and enjoyable. After the restructuring, however, the overall atmosphere and management approach shifted significantly. The new leadership introduced after the layoffs created challenges that deeply affected team morale and employee retention. Many concerns raised by staff about management style, communication issues, and team support were not meaningfully addressed, even when escalated to higher‑level leadership and HR. As a result, employees continued to resign month after month without any visible effort from the organization to understand or resolve the underlying issues. Another major concern was the inconsistency in work‑from‑home expectations. When I was hired, I was told I would only need to be in the office once every few months. After the layoffs, office requirements changed frequently, with some employees required to go in multiple times a week. Staffing decisions also impacted office coverage, which in turn placed additional pressure on U.S. representatives and created a risk of audit failures--issues that employees were then held responsible for. Overall, the environment became increasingly stressful and unpredictable, with little emphasis on employee well‑being or job satisfaction. While the company once offered a great experience, the changes following April 2025 made it difficult to remain motivated or supported. If you are seeking a stable work‑from‑home role within the CHC waiver/home care space, I recommend doing thorough research and considering whether the current structure at FreedomCare aligns with your expectations.
