We are in our mid/late 30's and have had plenty of therapy, read books, the whole 9 yards, however despite this, most medical providers as well meaningful as they are, they just don't haver extensive knowledge in ADHD. All of her coaches are prepared and educated, also well versed on what the symptoms are, and it's truly empowering to have someone recognize these with you and give you insight on HOW to improve your executive function skills. On top of that, Brooke is knowledgeable in business so not only has this improved my personal life, but it has helped tremendously in my business and professional life.
