Darren seemed friendly and pretty good at making a variety of balloons. Even as he was wrapping up, he made a Lababy for me at the last minute, though he didn't need to go over his time. This was appreciated and the balloons turned out so cute (attached pic). He was able to make many designs that weren't even on the poster of popular or frequently requested styles. Debated on booking him for my daughter's birthday party but was a little pricier than we'd like per child, at the time.

The stakes were a bit higher and, as expected, they hit the ball out of the park!!! They are so creative, the process was so easy and stress free, they're incredibly warm and kind, and I am truly so grateful for them!! Just before they left, Mike suggested that we get a canopy for a soft play rental that we bought to protect the kids from the sun. He completely saved us with that tip. I was on the fence of not having one and they were very patient waiting for a response from me. They traveled to my destination in Irvine, set up the bounce house and even surprised me with a mini balloon garland with the color theme of my 1 year olds first birthday. The set up was really fast and they came and took everything down in a matter of time. Since I did it in Irvine at a clubhouse, they needed to provide a license and they had that ready to go for me. I highly recommend them and I've been to a few other birthday and they do a phenomenal job with decals and giant balloon garlands !

I had such a wonderful experience working with The Simple Luxe for my son's first birthday party…read morethat was farmers market themed! From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!
