Horrible. I used them and they were okay for cleaning but were very unprofessional and rude. Hard to understand and get ahold of. Carpet cleaner was hours late so I canceled and they lied about being late. Never answered the phone. Will never use them again. Wasted hours of my time. Very very unprofessional and bad. Do not use them. Headaches is all they were good for. read more
