He was very personable and knew how to get the smell and stains out. My couch looks great! The reason i chose this company was because when i called around the lady who answered the phone was nice and treated me like an old friend not just a person who they could make money on. I will use this company again and i recommend Maintenance Plus to anyone who need a carpet or furniture cleaned.
