They communicated very well about our situation and what help we needed. Their truck showed up quickly and they made an excellent repair with top quality parts that we expect will last much longer that the subpar parts that were leaking. He didnt even want to listen to what our needs were. He just kept repeating "I dont know what you have". He didnt know what an LP conversion kit consisted of! He said that there wasn't any way to get from 6 5/8" to 8", but when he looked in his manual it was clearly stated that this was required. It was a simple install and he quoted an installation fee of over $1600! On the bright side, his wife was nice. Only go here if you want to get treated like dirt and get ripped off.

I think you must not have known what YOU had, and couldn't explain to him what your needs were. Usually people who are shopping for a fireplace, know what their dimensions are, have a pretty good idea of how many square feet they have to heat, and the size heater they want. If you go in trying to explain your needs without articulating any of these requirements, no one will be able to help you. Also, if you aren't aware, the heaters you described are expensive to install. I had one installed when I came from, and the price was on par with what you're talking about here, so you need to know they aren't trying to rip you off. The installs must be done correctly or you DIE! Plus, they have to warranty the installation. I hope you were able to get yours done to your satisfaction. Just remember, there are many facets to a job like this, and every job is different.

Within less than 2 hours he figured it out and replaced the bad part. Now it works just great! I am beyond thankful they came when they did! The price was fair as well. I know in Williston its hard at times to find good people and good work, The people do honest quality work to the best of their tech ability and certainly worth your time!

Fraudulent! Terrible service and they are fraudulent. They are not reliable, do not clean up after…read morethemselves, will block your number and will not give you quality work at all. Will take your money and will not finish a job. They are not professional and will use subpar items for any job. I had a roof that they worked on they used the wrong base that was not for roofs it was siding for the side of a house and all of the roof panels flew off two weeks after they put them on and now they are no where to be found! I really tried to work with them and like supporting small businesses but do your self a favor and save yourself the headache! Pay more and go to a reputable place. I hope that they get banned and investigated for fraud. They should not be allowed to do this to people.
