Coming from an elderly woman, It is hard to find someone that is as trustworthy and honest as Preferred Services LLC here in Williston ND. I was a bit hesitant to proceed with further work due to the fact that I have been burnt in the past by contractors regardless of the fact I was more than thrilled with how my carpets turned out. They assured me that they where not to take advantage of me and was here to help. So much infact they walked me through every step and how to protect myself from being taken advantage of by contractors. Infact Travis came over on his own time and placed trim around my door free of charge. I tried to pay him but he refused. When I asked why he said I had already paid for it. They showed up early and did an exquisite job putting up my siding. I will be calling them back to help me with more work. Weeks later I verified with both businesses that nothing had been paid for/ordered. He then abandoned my project and left my house in complete shambles, including exposed wiring, tore off all my gutters & downspouts, removed exterior wall sheeting, etc. In addition to the legal action my attorney is taking, I have a formal complaint filed with the Secretary of State of ND--his license will soon be revoked.

Fraudulent! Terrible service and they are fraudulent. They are not reliable, do not clean up after…read morethemselves, will block your number and will not give you quality work at all. Will take your money and will not finish a job. They are not professional and will use subpar items for any job. I had a roof that they worked on they used the wrong base that was not for roofs it was siding for the side of a house and all of the roof panels flew off two weeks after they put them on and now they are no where to be found! I really tried to work with them and like supporting small businesses but do your self a favor and save yourself the headache! Pay more and go to a reputable place. I hope that they get banned and investigated for fraud. They should not be allowed to do this to people.
