The food was absolutely terrible. Came out cold and everything. I found a hair in my food. And then this weird piece of plastic in my daughters. This place needs to checked. The service was absolutely terrible. They were incredibly rude and had no smile on their face. I had asked the girl for creamer at least five times she said she'd go and get it and never did. We packed up and left, went to Einstein instead which was great by the way. Don't ever come here. The bathrooms are disgusting and the seats are covered with filth and grime. Pretty cool little place for a quick breakfast or to grab something on the go. I ordered a sausage/egg/cheese sandwich on an everything bagel and thought it was darn good. My husband got a green chili cheddar bagel with plain cream cheese and a sausage breakfast burrito. He liked the bagel but not the burrito; took about two bites and threw it away. He said it had some weird seasoning or spice that didn't taste right. The gal who took our order was kind of chilly; maybe just enduring a bad day. We all have 'em. It took awhile for the food after we ordered, so we went around to the back patio area with our pups (as far from the only occupied table as we could get). The picnic tables that were open were surrounded by landscape volcanic rock, which was ouchy for the dogs. Ended up just having to wait in the running truck, which was kind of a bummer since we were trying to enjoy being outside as much as possible before going back to 117° in the valley. The food is out of this world, exceptional for the price range. The staff is more than accommodatable and friendly, even during their extremely busy times they seemed to wanna help their staff. They let them know. We'll be right with you. They're always in communication with them, letting the customer know Where their order is, where you know they're sitting on the chain of availability and recommending things when customers say this is what I'm looking for the staff is very knowledgeable on the food there it's just a wonderful atmosphere altogether. I love it that it's a small town owner and the owners give back to their community endlessly. We went there for our first sitdown meal and we're brought a half a dozen bagels because it was the end of the day and they said they throw them out anyways so we're welcome to take them home for a charge. The food here is beyond AMAZING! The Rosemary Parmesan bagel is so good! It is covered with Parmesan cheese! I had it with their spinach pesto cream cheese, flavor yumminess! Try this place, you will not be disappointed! Great food ~ great service! read more

The food is made fresh as you order, excellent baked goods but some of the things such as Bagels sell out quickly so get there early. Prompt service, cares about you getting a good meal in a timely manner. Very relaxed atmosphere, glad for the padded seats. read more

I got the Inside-Out breakfast sandwich and was blown away. The bagel was delicious and the toppings were hot and tasty. My friend got a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese and said it was also delicious. Sanchez at the counter was very friendly and helpful. We got there around 8 and we're the only ones but when we left there was a small crowd waiting to order. The interior is a little rough around the edges but the food and service made up for it! We got a Lox bagel on an everything bagel with regular cream cheese. Bagel was delicious the lettuce was on it was different, so I'll have to order without. All the bagels looked delicious will definitely be back to try more and their sandwiches. Last night while waiting to check out at Walmart. I noticed the owner buying bundles and bundles of value bagels and a toaster oven. There were so many it seemed like store product. I was quite shocked. Even if you sell out of things quickly, everything should be freshly baked. Very questionable standards here. read more

The customer service here is great, we placed a pickup order and after getting home noticed one of our items was missing. I called The Bagel Box and they remembered our order right away and explained the box was a smaller one and asked us to check our car, sure enough the small box had fallen out of the bag and into our car. The Bagel Box even called us back to ensure we had the item and offered to remake it quickly if it was still missing. The food itself was good, I got a chicken bagel sandwich. The chicken and toppings kept sliding off the bagel but it was easy enough to put back on when eating. The bagel alone was amazing and tasted great. read more

The food here is wonderful. I'm gluten intolerant and they have so many options. The pancakes, muffins, bagels and biscuits and gravy are delicious. Get there early as it goes fast. The service is great! They work to get you your food quickly and it's always hot and delicious. We love to sit out in their backyard and enjoy a great meal with a delicious cup of coffee.
