Jim and Brandon are both AMAZING ! I've been dealing with them for years and they have never steered me wrong. Everything they have told me has been correct and they have NEVER tried to sell me abrupt I didn't need. There has been two times I didn't listen to their advice, and it bit me both times. I trust them 110% ! I drive 33 miles one way, passing several other pool companies, to go to the backyard zone and don't regret it for a second ! Scheduled for pool opening and when the time came the guy advised us he was behind and couldn't open our pool that day and had to push to next business day. The next business day came and couldn't get ahold of him. Tried for several days after that to contact him and was still unsuccessful. Terrible way to go about owning a business, not caring enough to get back with your customers. Not even a quick text message reaponse. The guy just ghosted us completely. Being that it is the end of May made things worse because all of the other pool places are already booked so he basically screwed us. This is not good business practice or a good business to support, he does not care about his customers. Very unreliable or caring of customers. read more

Recently my husband and I were at our wits end due to our pool looking like a pond. We worked with another pool company, taking in water samples regularly to get tested, and spend hundreds on various chemicals with no results in site. We were almost to the point to drain the whole pool, clean and order new water. You couldn't meet anyone nicer & more honest than Jim. People working at Backyard Zone, like Jason H., go out of their way to help solve problems (mine was my pool heater) It is working GREAT!
