Neither big box retailer could tell me much about their tubs except for price and obvious things such as 1yr warranty but they didn't know how that worked or the fine print details, or anything about their service after install etc. Notable was that they did disclose that they "neatly leave the packaging / trash for the consumer to discard"- What?! Then remembered The Place in Medina, Ohio. So glad I went this route. Rex Brown was very knowledgeable, he answered All of my questions and concerns (that no one else could and other info. that I couldn't get online). The Place has a large inventory of Hot tubs. Like most stores, big box or small retailers they have a limited amount of Plug n Play units but more than most that I went to, and they carry the BEST plug n play model on the market: The Dream Maker and at an affordable price too. The difference with The Place and Big box stores, is that The Place knows their products and stand behind them! It is a family-owned company-(buy local). They have a repair shop on sight, their own repair guys/employees (unlike big box- once you get it home - after warranty-it's on you to get it fixed). The Place also carries any accessories, like filters and chemicals that you may need for your hot tub. The transaction was GREAT from start to finish, (no gimmicks, no delays, no bait and switch). The delivery and set up was quick and very professional; they left no trace of packaging material aside from my beautiful hot tub you would never know they were there! I couldn't be happier- I highly recommend Rex Brown and The Place in Medina Oh.

Our first pool took only 10 days to complete and that included moving a garage. When we moved to a new house, they had to dig into the side of a hill to level out the land for the pool, but still managed to complete the pool in less than two weeks. That was 31 years ago and the pool is still in great shape. Over the years, we've replaced the gas heater, 2 pumps, and several chlorinators. Classic builds excellent pools and has always been quick to respond to service requests. This is a great company.

There was a floorz truck next to me on the left side. As we get close to the stop sign he speeds up and pulls in front of me so that he could be in the Straight lane instead of the left turn lane. Absolutely no reason to cut me off. Turns out where both pulling into home depot. And on the corner of the plaza there is the floor material company with the same name as what's on this truck. I will never shop there. There was no one around, no 1 else on the road, absolutely no reason to speed up and cut me off. Other than hes a jerk. Don't buy from this company. People show their true colours when they think no one is watching.

They came out a couple weeks later and got the work done leaving the my front walkway looking so much better than when they arrived. They set a date and were on time, explained what they were going to do and did an excellent job leveling my patio. They cleaned up nicely and told me how to fill the cracks between the slabs. They even let me know the product I bought was not good and advised me to return and buy a better product. They gave me step-by-step instructions to help my patio look great and it does. And I got a 2 year warrantee. Highly recommend.

I understand being busy and things slipping through the cracks, but a little common courtesy would at least dictate a response, even if he didn't want the job.
