He uncovered the tank, romoved all roots, and pumped the tank. He unclogged the line to the tank and was gone in less than 2 hours. The cost of unclogging the line to the tank was extra and a little excessive I thought, but the overall cost was comparabable. We were very pleased with the excellent service and happy to recommend them to others.
