He started April 23 of 2023 finished march 24 of 2024. Also very unapproachable when you have questions about changes even when the hole hasn't been dug yet. Verbal Promises were made that he never followed through with. Our mistake for not getting it in the contract as he kept telling us it's not in the contract. Not a man of his word.
