If you want an unorganized and very slow contractor with no crew other than one person who has zero skills in driving a bobcat this is your guy. He crashed into the end of our pool and caused another delay. Delays other than it's too hot or it's too cold or it looks like rain today. We expected some delays but these delays were unacceptable. He worked one day in June of last year and one day in July. I have all pictures, videos, and text messages if anyone would like to reach out to me directly. He started April 23 of 2023 finished march 24 of 2024. Also very unapproachable when you have questions about changes even when the hole hasn't been dug yet. Verbal Promises were made that he never followed through with. Our mistake for not getting it in the contract as he kept telling us it's not in the contract. Not a man of his word.
