During the "on again-off again" rain delays, Mr. Williams stayed in contact via texts. After several days passed I called, he apologized and said he forgot, and he would let me know as soon as possible what the estimate was. After waiting a week I called him again, and again he apologized and still didn't have the estimate. So I am still waiting for this estimate from this "highly recommended " company with all these good reviews and I can't even get a call back, or an estimate for the job. Seems pretty strange to me for a company to have such a highly regarded reputation and something like this to happen. Been waiting several months to hear from them. Eddie Strickland
