If Nancy says she's going spend "x" amount of time with your pet, they get her full attention for the full time. And if you ask her to keep you informed about your pet while you're gone, she does. I asked for and got updates with every visit, including the occasional picture when the cat was being particularly cute. You don't need to get updates that often (it's entirely up to you), but it worked for me. All-in-all, probably the favorite sitter that I've ever used.

Sadly he can't get up and down the dog ramp anymore. Thanks to Cindy he gets so much love and attention at home that we don't have to worry about him. On days that he can't walk well they just snuggle, she has vet experience and keeps and eye on his general being and updates us if she's concerned about anything. She brings the drummel and does his nails for us because he can't get to the vet. We even got in a huge pickle on Thanksgiving day and almost had to skip it, but last minute she came over and walked him and took great care of him. I just can't say enough about my adoration for Cindy as she has really been wonderful and we are grateful. We highly recommend her. (She will watch dogs in your house or at hers for the weekend. We haven't tried this service but our neighbors have and they said it went really well!).
