I waited and WAITED to see the server and let them know. We also needed drinks and napkins, etc. I had to go to the bar in order to flag her down. For the cheeseburger, they didn't offer to do anything. Because at that point, everyone was done eating. But they didn't even offer a dessert as a gesture or off the bill, nothing. I like it just fine that way. I asked my cheeseburger, medium, and it was medium, char-grilled as opposed to griddle cooked. It was properly seasoned and came with a dill pickle spear. Everything was delicious. prices were reasonable and affordable. It wasn't fancy or mind-blowing, but it was very solid, tasty bar food.
