    PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANY TYPE OF HOUSING FROM THESE PEOPLE DIGUSTING HALLWAYS, maintenance never…read morecompletes a job, when they do it takes 3-5 months. ton of hardcore smokers live here so the hallways smell like stale smoke. people steal packages regularly and the lazy ass landlord doesn't give 2 shit's. the windows and glass door haven't been replaced since the 60s and they refuse too. water gets shit off at least 3 times a month for up to 8 hours. If you're lucky to get a parking space in the garage you will have to walk next to the nasty open dumpsters. these people are litterally robbing Pittsburgh tenants with their price gougin, (over rent as doubled in 3 years) to pay for their Tampa apartment. They got flooded and now they are charging $1000 for an extremely small studio apartmen, $1500 for a 2 bedroom that hasn't been updated since the 60s!. these people think they can charge downtown prices in Bellevue.

He said I'll approve it and we were told we could come sign the lease the next day. I called Dave, the property manager the next day and he said we need a double deposit. We have another person interested and is first come first serve . Guessing he had better credit but we were lied to and I will be meeting with my lawyer to get my money back. Already set up Duquesne light after being told the place was ours. Wouldn't recommend anything by Delta.

I've lived in a Steiner apartment for four years, and it has been the best experience I've ever had. They truly go over and beyond. The maintenance team immediately fixes any issues that may arise (they take amazing care of their properties, so there aren't really any issues to begin with!), the folks in the office really take their time answering any and all questions, and they truly care about their renters. I moved cross country for the first time in my life, and the folks in the office really made the whole process easy for me. If I could live in this apartment forever, I would. They are super nice, informative, professional, hardworking, and overall outstanding. Even my introverted cats who are scared of everyone except my wife and I LOVE the maintenance team, so that says a lot. Everyone at Steiner Realty truly deserves a raise, in my opinion. I've worked as a Leasing Agent before, so I have extremely high standards- Steiner absolutely went over and beyond my standards in every aspect. The quality of my apartment is outstanding, and I have been absolutely blown away by how amazing my time has been while living here. They keep everything super clean- they even salt the sidewalks and parking lots before any storm, big or tiny. They always answer the phones immediately when you call, and they take their time with you. If someone was in my parking spot, they would have them towed immediately for me. One of my light bulbs went out, and they came and replaced ALL of my lights, and even gave me extra bulbs. They even email you after you get maintenance done to make sure you are happy with the results. They all truly go over and beyond. I could go on and on. More people need to know how amazing Steiner is, and how amazing their properties are too.

    word of advice. don't co-sign a lease for anyone with these guys…read more even if the lease expires and gets renewed they will still hold you to it unless the renter has a credit score of around 650. this is probably fully illegal and never heard of such an arrangement.

Depending on whether the Manager likes you or not, dictates how you are treated on a daily basis. I, myself, got tired of how I was being treated, so I documented everything that happened to me there and contacted HUD, Pittsburgh, PA. Good Senior Support Program Cons: The Caliber of some of the tenants leaves something to be desired 1. All tenants have been known to be publicly repremanded and threatened with eviction for their conduct by management for bullying, harassment and insults to other tenants. 2. Tenants have no respect for the privacy and the rights of other tenants to decide if they want to participate in the activities. 3. Management is un-professional and un-prepared. They demostrate poor communicaton skills, lack the ability to remain calm and objective to resolve conflicts without negative emotional reactions, when conflicts arise do not treat tenants with dignity and respect and have a tendency to discuss or make comments to/in front of residents about other tenants that could very well create a negative impression or disparage that person .. According to the guiding principles of the United Methodist Church Union: "We strive to be professional and compassionate in all that we do so that the men and women are treated with respect and connected to the community around them. Carpets on some of the floors in the hallway are in dire need of a shampoo. 5. Beware of the possibility of getting bedbugs. The problem is immediately addressed by pest control on a case by case basis; however, there is no maintenance prevention after the initial treatment process this leaves units vulnerable for further infestations.
