Great automated car wash you go through highly recommended…read more As for my experience I've been looking at this place for the past year since I service the Lowes across the street I had time to kill the other day and haven't washed my car in almost 6 months So I decided to give this place a try I was created by a worker I believe her name was Vanessa she was very helpful I had no idea what to go with so she gave me advice on what each tier comes with The machines washed my car good I was pleased that there was parking to vacuum my car out and the vacuum is constantly on so that's great I can't remember how many times I've paid for a car wash that's over 60 dollars and my vehicles weren't vacuumed fully Great thing is this place has a 3 day period to get your car washed again so that's great Will be coming back

I got my car washed here last Saturday. After going through the wash, I was vacuuming my car when I…read morenoticed my spare tire cover was missing. I went back and asked about it, hoping it had simply fallen off somewhere. I was told it had gone into part of their car wash system and was stuck inside. They said they would check after business hours and told me to call back the next day. I gave them a couple of days and called Monday. At that point, I was told they usually do not check that area until they clean it out Wednesday night, so I should call back Thursday. Thursday morning, I received a message saying they found the tire cover and that it was ready for pickup. I had work, so I could not make it over that day. Then on Friday, someone called and told me they had the tire cover "that you left." That wording bothered me because I did not leave anything behind. Their car wash pulled the cover off my vehicle and into their equipment. When I finally went to pick it up, the cover was still wet, filthy, torn, and mangled. I was already keeping my expectations pretty low, but they could have at least cleaned it up or told me ahead of time that it had been damaged. An appropriate resolution would have been for them to apologize, acknowledge that their equipment damaged the cover, and offer to pay for a replacement. Instead, I made another trip over there to pick up something that had been damaged by their equipment, with no warning about the condition it was in. Overall, the whole situation was handled poorly and ended up wasting my time.

To this day the paint still shines and has that deep wet look as if the coating were applied yesterday. I've brought the car back for several washes since then and it always comes out nothing short of spectacular. More recently I took my daughter's 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited to Mike after it had been parked in the sun while sprinklers soaked it leaving horrendous water spots that I couldn't remove. After one day at MK Auto Detail the car looked absolutely gorgeous again. Mike's prices are fair, his attention to detail is outstanding and the quality of his workmanship is superb. The shop is a little out of the way for me and I only wish they had more bays to offer greater flexibility for regular washes, but the results are always worth the trip. Sorry Mike that I didn't write this review sooner. Life has been incredibly busy and seeing the reminder on Yelp finally prompted me to give you the recognition you deserve. Thanks again for consistently excellent work. See you soon! Kevin~
