Tried to return the vehicle after the third day of trying to figure out what has my dash board looking like the bridge of the freaking star ship enterprise , now all of a sudden, Mr Adams became a ghost. Seeing how he has no interest in honoring any words that came from his mouth, Come to find out the a/c was broken, multiple cylinders misfiring, this engine has been in several pieces all over my garage , since about two weeks after I got the thing. That was 3 months ago. There is so much wrong with this van , for $5000 I basically bought a fucking lawn ornament! Danny Adams is a liar and a crook. This couple had our vehichle another week. I have caught her in several other lies as well she first told us that she was off on Tuesdays then she turned around and said she just comes in late on Tuesdays but never actually came in, you literally have to chase her down for her to keep her promises. She offers a warranty and promises she does loaners while your vehichle is in the shop but in order to get the loaner you have to take it to the shop her best friend works at and when you call the finance company they have a couple different options, once you do get a loaner it's a beater with a heater no lie. The loaner had a rear view mirror but was not attached, just laying on the back seat, the knows to the radio was backwards and it stunk so bad a would gag everytime I got in it now mind you that's all we were woth after buying a $20,000 vehichle from her but now we are told she doesn't do rentals when a couple weeks ago our friend got one from her while his car was being fixed. The worst service experience I have ever had was with Spradley Barr in Cheyenne. They were slow,…read moreordered the wrong part, broke part of my door and left the super glue that they tried to fix it with in my truck, threw the trash from the parts in the bed of my truck instead of disposing of it. Then they couldn't get my bill right even after I argued with them. A month later I get a refund check for what I told them was wrong in their bill. I sent emails to the Service Manager and Vice President. Never got a response from either one. They don't give a crap about customers or their own reputation. I will never deal with them again. Absolutely the worst.
