This bar is definitely a "cool go-to" spot! While visiting we decided to stop in after seeing it on Instagram. The music was House/EDM/techno which we love! They had smoke machines and cool lighting. The bartenders were extremely fast and attentive! The bar itself on the inside is well decorated, different, intimate, and has several statement pieces! There was no cover this Sat for ppl over 21. There was soap in the restroom. The sinks are cool! There was a big line. Definitely more guys here! Ppl seem to come with friends, lots of them. So our group was in the Treehouse bar and every time somebody would go to the restroom (shared restroom), we wold hear the commotion of this place. Now mind you, Juan and I are not people that usually go "clubbing", but were were with friends who love to "club and party", so after trying to avoid the place for a while, we ended up going. Free admittance on a Saturday and NO REGRETS... music is pumping, people were jumping and having a blast. Place was packed, though... too packed for my taste. But this club sure knows how to party. If you like to dance to fun music and a friendly environment, make sure to visit The Attic while Downtown. Only downside is that they waste so much napkins by throwing them around as if it were confetti... Bad for the environment... But don't mind me, must of you probably think I'm a "party pooper". This is probably my favorite hot mess of a bar downtown. It's a good spot to stop at the end of your night when everyone's at least buzzed - but is even better when you're at least somewhat drunk. It's a crowded blur of bodies jumping around and drinking heavily to well mixed music by their DJs. The drinks are well priced and their is literally some of the best people watching you'll ever partake in here. The light shows are pretty great here and they constantly throw confetti which for some reason makes me excited once I've had more than a couple of drinks! We checked this place last night after hearing it was fun and they had cool lights. The lights were fun. The music was EDM which I don't care for but I knew that ahead of time and for what it was it was good. It seemed a little dirty inside, and the crowd was definitely young. Dig this place for the ambiance but am thrown off by a few things. The decor just doesn't fit with the brick walls and "rough/natural" feel to the main part of the bar/club. I totally love the background of the DJ booth, the huge windows in the main room and the brick walls just rock. However, the bright neon lights and "VIP" canopies... eh. Just doesn't work in here. LOVED the music last night and the bartenders were pretty quick. There was a "Sailor" theme last night that I could have lived without because it seemed to pull in a really young crowd. If you are into house music then this is your haven. Nothing but pure unadulterated house music Saturday nights. They hand out Styrofoam glow sticks to party with in the dimly lit rooms (2 rooms total). Bartenders are quick and they poor their drinks with skill. My time there got even better as we were standing by the VIP and some gentleman who had just finished pouring his party a good amount of Grey Goose handed us the bottle to dispatch (Had to have been at least a small glass worth of vodka left). Great place for the house music EDC/Ultra purist. This is my favorite club. Strobe lights are awesome. They remix some rap songs, some classic throwbacks songs, and they play some popular edm songs. They always have great Djs and the security is amazing at what they do. It definitely feels like an attic rave. Wouldn't come if you want to grind on guys, this isn't that kind of place. High energy club with some of the old school club feel. The deep house music was bad ass. I went on a Saturday night and let me tell you what... OFF THE CHAIN. Great place for edm. My only disappointment is the age is primarily the college crowd. If you smoke cigarettes, do it before you go inside. This is a no smoking club which makes the attic stand out. Pros: Pretty Good Music Liquor actually has liquor not just ice and alot of mix ambiance, exposed brick, pool tables, 2nd floor, NYish feel Nive VIP section as seen in photos Cons: Had to find if you dont know what you're looking for the fact that's its up a narrow set of stairs, after drinking faux fab I didnt pay for the drinks, so I cant speak on the price, but I'd go back and it's a nice place to hold a group outing or event. read more

This place is an alright place to get drinks. I go here mainly to hear a more house music genre and to get my drunk dancing on. This Saturday there was a nice line to get in, but since i ended up DT from an overflow of happy hour hijinx, i was dressed in shorts and sandals. Word of advise: This place is way to "classy" to allow anyone not dressed properly. I used my best fake Russian accent to seem angry and confused, but no success. I guess i can't really hate on the door guy. The decor is weird, well its modern with glowing changing color columns(actually made a great backdrop for pictures of everyone humping them), but like Colleen mentioned, clashes with what i thought the "attic" concept was going to be. My worry is this. I enjoyed going here the last couple times, good music. BUT the drinks are overpriced( i think i paid $10 each for so co/lime shots, shouldn't those be cheaper then GOOD shots?). AND the main thing is the attic is getting really popular very quickly, which means by 11 it is way to packed to move at all inside. The place was packed and he was churning out orders like an assembly line, I gave him a couple great tips and then he gave me a shot on the house! Came here around 11 on Sat night. Cheap cover, $5, drink prices were reasonable. $4 before midnight for a half size red bull vodka, $12 after midnight for a full size (approx 16oz). The DJ was on point with a great mix and flow from recent EDM favorites. Fantastic lasers and sound system. The security staff was on top of things, but unintrusive. If you're in Downtown Orlando and not drinking here, you're doing it wrong. Best DJs, cheap drinks, awesome staff, and amazing vibe. Some of the coolest lights I've seen and they blast confetti and throw napkins throughout the night. Only bad thing I can think of is when they close at the end of the night and tell you to go home. I liked The Attic before The Attic was cool. (Insert Hipster joke here.) I gave up on this place when I saw Dwight Howard there. What was once a chill off-the-beaten-path bar, is now overrun by frat-tastic UCF kids. While I love it's location with the dance floor that overlooks Magnolia Avenue, I don't enjoy feeling like I'm about to have a claustrophobic meltdown. The Attic is one of my favorite places to go downtown. It is a very high energy, upbeat spot for anyone trying to party, dance, or even just enjoy the lights and music. They play EDM music. The DJ who performs on Fridays and Saturdays and Alex Wood. He is the very best DJ I have ever experienced at a small downtown Orlando club. They are very lucky to have someone so talented DJing for them. Be aware that this is a younger crowd. I would describe the age range as 20-30. However, now and then you will see a few older people's just looking for a place to dance and have some good drinks! I usually go to the Attic at the end of my night after a few drinks. :P read more

The DJ is really energetic and spins tracks with the intentions of hyping up the crowd. The decor is really hip/ trendy so it really looks like an upscale attic with a brick walls and white drapes. I am all about clubs like the attic. Now here's a quick disclaimer: I am one of those people in their early 20's. By that I mean that I graduated college but I still enjoy behaving like a college student (only on weekends because you know, we have to wok now). The Attic just has that vibe. People are very drunk. Like climbing the barricades drunk. The music is loud and they have good lights. The drinks are cheap and strong and the bartenders are nice. You look to your right and you see girls causally dancing on a chair, or a guy pressing a girl against a wall. You get a crazy mix of people in there. The kandi kids show up, the wanna be ravers are there too as well as the girls that are just there because someone paid for a bottle... you get the hint. It's a fun place to get rowdy with friends and dance the night away. read more

I liked that there was a bar in every corner so it was pretty easy to get a drink even when it's super packed. The decor is a bit off. Part of it is kinda crummy and then they have the "vip" section...could use some better quality decor. Felt like we were at a frat party, in a fun way. Maybe it was the DJ but we went here a while back and it was amazing. Has a very different feel than a lot of other clubs in Orlando. Things got a little expensive towards the end of the night but if you aren't going out every night or every weekend, on special nights that you go for a good DJ it's worth it. read more

I came here for a networking event not a club night and I really like how accessible it is and how they are interested in supporting the community by hosting events at times when they aren't open for club nights. Woah this place is awesome. Talk about a club that lets you let loose. I went up to attic after a few cocktails downstairs at basement and let me just tell you it was incredible. The house DJ really digs into the current music scene and makes you feel like you are a part of something bigger. The bartender Ryan speaks to me like I'm his best friend and makes me feel like attic is home. Brandon the manager has approached me every time to make sure I'm enjoying the music and being taken care of. Avoid this place like the plague!!!! By the time I finished my first drink my phone was STOLEN out of my purse, that was on me!! Went down stairs to the cop to report it and he said it happens 4-5 times a weekend night there!!! Just ridiculous, protect your customers and install some cameras!
