Additionally, the service provided by the administrative team is poor. There is no proper waste management on weekends, resulting in bad odors and garbage accumulating outside the containers. Furthermore, several appliances are over 10 years old and have not been replaced, among other issues. Likewise, the grill has not been functioning for quite some time, and its condition is justified by stating that it is merely an "amenity."

They also hold events every month for the residents which is an amazing way to get to know who you're living with in the building. Juan gave me a tour and what an outstanding one! He knew everything about the apartment down to the make of the ac (which no one ever knows). After coming back another day, Juan wasn't present and Gina the assistant property manager took over my file... super helpful and very responsive in answering my emails. Don't think twice!!! Love this place. Been here now for 2 years and can't seem to find another place w a better staff and amenities

Management does not do anything. No one is ever at the leasing office when you need them and they…read moresend email after email "reminding" people of the lease rules (no smoking, clean up after your pets) but don't actually do anything about it. I've stepped in pee multiple times in the elevator and no one cleans it up. People let their dogs poop in the parking garage. Hallways always smell of weed. Plenty of people smoking cigarettes at the pool area. I've had to put in multiple maintenance request for every single thing they needed to be fixed because they never ACTUALLY fix it unless you get the main service person. Management and staff are friendly but it's just too hard to get things fixed here. Service elevator is the only elevator on one side of the building and it was down for MONTHS. AC in the hallways was down for MONTHS. Fixtures and apartments are spacious and nice and ours came with brand new carpet but the cons out weigh the pros. I do like how packages are delivered to your door and you can easily manage who you let into the building. Anything service related is terrible except for the cleaning crew who do their best to keep up with peoples pets.

The amenities are great, and there's always something to do. The location can't be beaten, and the schools in the area are excellent. I've lived in a few different rental communities in the Doral area, and Windsor at Doral is by far the best. The rooms are spacious and include a washer and dryer. The kitchen is also large and consists of a dishwasher and icemaker (my favorite). The living room is perfect for hosting guests. The balconies in units are spacious and perfect for relaxing outdoors. I love spending time on my balcony, and it's a great place to relax after a long day. The view is beautiful, and I always feel refreshed after spending some time outdoors. If you want a unit with extra high ceilings, the first and eighth floors are the perfect locations for this. The gym on-site is always clean and has state-of-the-art equipment. As a result, I've never had to wait for any of the machines, even when many people work out at once. Windsor at Doral also has excellent features like covered parking and visitor parking. This is really important, especially since the location is so great. It's always nice to know that you can come home and your car will be protected from the rain or the sun. The visitor parking is also a big plus. It's really helpful that Windsor at Doral provides a place for guests to park when they visit. This makes it easy for everyone to enjoy time together. I have never had such a great experience living in a rental community before. Windsor at Doral definitely sets the bar high for other communities in the area. -Ariel Blanco @itsarielblanco

We have tried to get help multiple times resolving this issue the correct way with the complex but it has yet to get any better. We have presented videos as well so they can understand how disruptive it gets. I really really hope that it does get better because I've said time and time again how badly I want to love living here and not feel every night uncomfortable. It's so very uncomfortable right now.

Despite that, especially the supervisor did not help us at all and did not even properly deal with us. Even though they all use the same system, she did not even try to give us any information about our application. This process caused us to lose 8 days. Since we were waiting to hear back from them, we could not apply anywhere else. We are staying in a hotel with our family, so we also had to pay hotel expenses while waiting. On top of that, we still do not know what will happen to the $600 we paid for the application. We lost both time and money. This was a very poor experience in terms of communication, follow-up, and professionalism.
