What a terrific opportunity to spend time with my 10 year old granddaughter! Unfortunately this…read morewas a terrible time to do this. They were not at all busy and we picked out our items and painted away! We paid for our items, very expensive but I knew my granddaughter enjoyed herself. Four days later they texted and asked for my granddaughter's mailing address and charged me $25 to ship it. This was in June. I have called several times. They originally told me it had shipped. I waited a couple of weeks, still no plate. I called back many times. I asked how it shipped, when it shipped, and what was the tracking number. I keep getting a run around. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER go back and ALWAYS share my experience so others will understand what an unacceptable experience this was! Needless to say my granddaughter still has not received her "artwork!"

There is music playing to contribute to an already great, open and airy atmosphere! There are tons of options to choose from with paint and ceramic pieces, which is a good problem to have. We were there for about four hours and did not feel rushed at all. When we were finished painting our ceramic piece, it was fired for us and all we had to do was pick them up about two weeks later. We will definitely be back!

Where do I even begin. If you want the worlds worst customer service and complete incompetence…read moreplease go here for your next event! I paid $400 for my sister's Bachelorette party here on 9/27. I still do not have one of the items from my party. It's still waiting to be fired. I was told they changed owners and no one knows how to glaze now. Then I was told it costs $600 to fire the kiln so they're waiting to have enough pieces to fire it. Um, im sorry, you could've fired it with the rest of my stuff but that would require them to actually keep track of what belongs to who. They dont. They have you go rummage through all the projects from your same date and pick out what's yours. Oh, and they don't know how to use the phone either. I've called them 10 times DURING BUSINESS HOURS since 10-7 with no answer. No return phone call. When I went in to check on my project in person a month later, the girl couldn't find it and had to rub all the glaze off to see if it looked somewhat like the one my niece painted to give her mom for her wedding present which has long since passed. The owner claims all this is due to changing hands and when I requested a refund I was told they don't offer that but my next project would be free! Oh wow! Sign me up for that! Not! I wouldn't send anyone here. Ever. Completely unprofessional and they have no customer service skills what so ever. Go to dabble and drip and save yourself the headache.

What an absolutely fabulous find in the middle of nowhere, Smithton, MO! I was working at the…read moreschool on the Thursday before they opened on 3/11, but the door was open so I popped in. The owners were very friendly and had pity on me, allowing me to take a quick walk around to see what they had inside. The lady at the register told me that they had been closed the past few months (as many small businesses are here in the winter) and had just reopened. She told me that she was dusting and getting things in order. For the record, this is one of THE cleanest, well organized, laid out vintage, antique stores you will ever visit. I have posted many pics of what I saw on Saturday but please be aware, if you see something, you MUST buy it on the spot. If you don't, I can almost promise you it won't be there next time. They have a nice mixture of antiques, vintage, new, collectible and locally made handicrafts. You can use credit cards (YAY!!) and here's the best part, the prices are very reasonable....so much so that I thought there were typos on the little tags on the pieces I bought. Many times, shops like these gouge customers on prices and they can be unreasonably high, not so here. I try and stop at all the little shops that I see in my daily travels. I travel for work all over Mid-Missouri, and this is one of the top 3 I've stopped at. The other one is in Osage Beach: https://www.yelp.com/biz/hope-house-thrift-store-and-food-pantry-lake-ozark Please stop and give these nice people your business, you won't be disappointed and I would bet you find something really nice to take home.

There is amazing gifts from local artists; such as, photography, sculptures, hand made jewelry and soaps. If you walk a little further back you are greeted by two very nice ladies. I then stated my business and they helped me create to most beautiful frame with just the amount or more options then Deck the Walls. We first started with mat options, then frame woods and lastly museum quality glass options. They both were very creative. By the time we were done they had given me the chance to pay 1/2 down and an estimated pickup date; which was two weeks. Also, in all of that I had a 3 year old nephew with me...eekkk a toddler in an art store should have been dangerous...but not at all. They didn't even mind and even had a sucker on hand. I would definitely recommend them for framing and will be back to purchase other goods from the front if the store. P.s. It took less than two weeks to get me print framed and it turned out even better than I imagined.
