I just completed my first-ever drawing classes with artist and art educator, Tina Cauller. One word: phenomenal. It is hard to find beginning drawing classes for adults in the Dallas area, and I couldn't find many reviews of Tina's classes before joining. Now, having completed the course, I wonder if the few prior reviewers had even turned up to class?! I loved her traditional teaching format, which incrementally built lessons on subjects that drawing students have studied for centuries. The excellent and thorough technical instruction, along with a relaxed and supportive art practice environment, gave me time for trial and error. The amount of growth in every student in the class from first to final class was outstanding. Tina has extensive experience and translates it into interesting, engaging, and supportive learning-to-draw lessons, making me believe I can draw anything I set out to.
