I loved relaxing here with co-workers in the evening, not to mention that view of the McKinney water tower from the patio at night cannot be beat. I highly recommend coming to see the unique artwork. My favorite piece was a large, canvas painting of "Woodstock '69," so as soon as I saw it, I had to take home the original before there were only prints available. The art is so affordable and better yet, when you purchase one you become an "artster," which comes with membership benefits. I can't wait for the next live music show and I am hoping to attend a paint party soon. I may even try to book this event space for my toddler's birthday party!

Sarah is very friendly and professional, my son loved her and is already asking to go back for another class. He was able to make mini-fig crayons, a mini-fig keychain, a working lego clock, and a lego decorated photo frame. It's nice that they allow the parents to either stay or leave while their kiddo is busy in the studio. They do have a refreshment area with coffee, tea and little treats to snack on. I plan to take an adult class for myself in the future and of course sign my child up again for some more fun. :)

When I contacted customer service, I was told the frames were "oversized" and not eligible for free shipping--even though that wasn't clearly stated. The language on the product page is contradictory and misleading. This isn't about $20--it's about transparency. If oversized items aren't eligible for free shipping, that should be clearly disclosed without conflicting statements on the same page. I've shopped at Michaels for years, but this experience left me feeling nickel-and-dimed and misled.

You can also mix the beads from different strands. Very neat idea. They do have some pre-made arrangements that are very pretty and they have a courtyard in the back that one of the artists said would be open to the public sometime this fall.
