Well I will keep it short, maybe not. I love this church and I love Sundays service. I'm learning to become a Pastor myself. I can't miss it the online service I love it. Now the reason I'm leaving three stars *** is because I've been kicked out of this church three times on the field area. Every time is the same guy, I don't know who he is, while I'm reading the Bible or I'm with my dog. I'm impressed that y'all need "background check" for everyone that goes to the church. Instead, welcome them and invite the people that are drawn to the church and welcome them instead of judging them [ I have tattoos] and kicking them out because "it's private property " on a church really.. isn't it gods property.... right? The family main service is great the teens service is very messy with the teens that act like children coming wearing short shorts and crop tops would have gotten my butt whooped so overall with main it is good but the teens it's spectacle. read more

If you have teenage kids I do not recommend coming here. My kid simply didn't stand up and they asked him to go outside. Once he was outside some of the staff started to harass him saying he was disrespectful and no longer welcome. Extremely disappointed on how grown adults handles the situation def not a place anyone wants to be a part of read more

I would like to thank The Ark Church for giving me the opportunity to volunteer my time this morning at the food giveaway. I have visited your church many times and each time is better than the last. I am disabled and rarely get out but I was determined when I saw this event that this was something I had to do. I was given the position of car handler and I loved it! I worked alongside my friend Alex Littrell (a team leader). I danced along with the music as I directed cars to the exit giving me the opportunity to greet each recipient with a "God bless you and have a great holiday". I made it through the whole event without taking a break and even though my body is racked with pain right now my spirit is through the roof. I will definitely be sighing up again next time. I have several pictures and videos but don't know how to send them to you. Some people looked at me as if I was crazy, a 60 year old woman out there dancing and directing traffic, but to most it put a smile on there face and a few said I missed my calling by not becoming a traffic officer. Lol. If you can tell me how to forward these pictures I would love for you to see them!!Thank you again for the opportunity to serve and getting this old gal the chance to get out of the house. I went to this church for a while then moved and am now back in the area and still love it. I've read the reviews and am always yet never surprised at the criticism a church takes...it's actually Biblical prophesy. But this church while it may not be perfect just as no church ever is...has a heart for God. From the pastor, his wife, the music ministry, children's ministry etc....that is why people keep coming back. It's what they hunger for. I heard great things about this church. My daughter went there today for groceries and she is pregnant with my grandchild. I am perplexed as to the Christian rationalization of her unborn child not being counted as a person. Eating for 2? This unborn child being entitled to life vs abortion? She was told the unborn child does not count. I understand some groups declaring that statement, but a church? If you say so. No turkey for my daughter and her family. Larger families did. I have attended this church for almost 10 years now and I get more and more out of the services every week. The Holy Spirit has really used the Claytons in the growth of this church to reach the people in the Conroe area... I don't think they realize just how relevant their messages are in people's lives (particularly mine). The sermons are always in incredibly timing with trials that I go through and that's God working through them. They have such an incredible testimony that draws the respect and attention from the people that have heard it and it's their testimony as a couple, as a family, and as individuals that have helped me grow in my relationship with God. When I am going through especially hard trials, I listen to the sermons they have on their website when I'm in the car, at the gym, or doing chores. Sometimes the only thing that helps is to immerse myself in God and these sermons help me to do just that. The Claytons and every volunteer and staff member are contributing to keeping this world with God and I am so grateful He led me to this church. I will forever recommend this church. Pastor Clayton encourages us to find our own relationship with God and find our own answers through Him through prayer, and of course, scripture reading. The Ark is a place of healing and growth and sometimes just setting foot inside is all I need to feel right at home and right at the beginning of healing. Many compare churches to hospitals; you come in at your worst and everyone is there to help you heal and build yourself back up again, and The Ark does exactly that. Come at your best and come at your worst. No matter what you are going through in your life, there is always a spot for you here and you will never be turned away. We were all put on this earth to help each other and The Ark taught me just that. We're all brothers and sisters here and this church will be your new huge family. Went to this church for the first time today. Moving here from Houston we were searching for a church for a while and finally found one that was just like our Church back home. From driving in we had volunteers that were helpful with parking, getting into a cart to church, greeters, and ushers that were all welcoming. The worship was amazing. Congregation is wonderful. The sermon is real and relatable. I think we are are blessed to have found our church. read more

This church has a very welcoming environment. I was never a big "church" person because that's where I found the most judgment. I'm not saying everyone that goes here is perfect (and the glorious part is no one expects you to be perfect either), but you will feel God's love here. It is a come as you are church so just wear something comfortable. I usually wear jeans and a shirt, while my husband tends to dress up. It's not what's on the outside that matters, but what's in your heart. Don't hesitate to use the child care provided! They will be able to learn more about God on their level. You and your children may enjoy it more, but feel free to keep them with you. It's all about your own personal preference! read more

Love this place. Have never been one for going to church, but decided to give it a shot and have been very pleased. Everyone is so friendly and don't force religion down your throat. Pastor Allen has a great sense of humor and a great ability to relate what he preaches into our daily lives.
