The photos they took were not only beautiful, but were detailed and thoughtful and we will now have wonderful pictures of the most amazing wedding we could've hoped for. The best surprise was that we received the photos just hours after wedding, which is just unbelievable. What more can you ask for?? This just goes to show the quality of their photos as they did not have to spend time doing a bunch of editing. Their spectacular attitudes made taking pictures fun and exciting. I highly recommend this team and you will not be sorry you hired them. Thank you Callynth and Hannah. You both are amazing. Lin C - Mom from the Alexander Wedding

This company does my son's school photos twice a year. Twice a year I pay $60 PER DIGITAL COPY,…read moreusually two copies each time, for mediocre photos. This time, in the group photo, my son is the ONLY kid not looking. I asked if they could retouch the photo, which any studio would have done before ever posting the photo publicly. I was told that they would charge me $10 to fix a photo that should have been fixed before it was released to me, and they'd invoice me for the amount BEFORE I could even see the quality of the work they did. I just think it's absolutely absurd they want to charge such astronomical pricing for mediocre at best work and then nickel and dime you for stuff that should have been handled before the photos were even released to me.

If you are looking for classy & elegant pictures then this is your lady. She is a professional and knows exactly how to get the best shot. My favorite thing about working with her is that she is fun, energetic, and really gets involved. While I had some ideas in my head of pictures I wanted to take I was also nervous that I wouldn't get shots that I wanted from "being in the moment." It was a relief when she came in and immediately had ideas for the pictures and started posing me & snapping away! On the day of the wedding it started raining right before we started taking pictures. If you are not familiar with Centaur, it is a beautiful outdoor venue. I was sad that I wouldn't get the photos I wanted due to the rain. But instead Donna and Catherine (other shooter) took every opportunity to get the family and Bridal party pictures taken exactly how I wanted. These ladies were like family to us on this day. They jumped right in, got to know everyone involved and worked very well together. It was very important to me that the pictures captured all the special moments of the big day. The pictures turned out even more amazing than I could have imagined and I wouldn't change one thing about hiring Donna Cummings. If you are looking for a photographer in the Tyler area for your wedding, newborn, grad photos, etc then this is the studio for you!

My family and I tried to resolve this with their event manager first. She refused to give us the owner's info. When we finally got it from another source, we wanted to give the owner a chance to make things right but she did nothing. We cared about our wedding a lot, especially after having to make the heartbreaking decision to reschedule from 2020. If you are planning a wedding I know you care too and so I feel obligated to to warn people to NOT book at Lake Tyler Petroleum Club. They were blatantly greedy throughout the entire process and the for the quality of service provided was poor. LTPC insisting they "had to charge us because of the fees from vendors" was dishonest. I asked every single vender what their fee had been to only be informed there hadn't been a fee. Charging us for changing the date in the first place due to a pandemic that quite literally shut down the world and our state is wrong. The lack of communication amongst their staff is glaring and their unprofessionalism in their emails appalling. (They accidentally forwarded me an email thread where they had clearly been talking badly about me!) DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

While there are some people there who care deeply for the horses, the overall conditions and management practices raised serious concerns during my time there. Water troughs were often left empty until boarders stepped in to fill them, stalls and pens went uncleaned for long periods, and feed frequently contained large, unsafe debris that could cause choking. There were also ongoing issues with manure buildup and strong ammonia odors in the barn. Since leaving, I've learned that it's only gotten worse; about half the horses on the property have become severely underweight and that a number of animals have passed away due to preventable causes. These situations are heartbreaking and show a clear need for better oversight and care standards. I'm sharing this out of concern for the animals and to encourage other horse owners to ask detailed questions, visit frequently, and closely monitor care anywhere they board.
