They were very nice and chose an extremely cute setting for our engagement video. The engagement video took about 6 hours to film. We had a lot of fun filming it, but the end result was disappointment. We didn't feel like anything made sense and after our engagement session the communication was very lacking. Josh kept on promising we would get our video and kept on apologizing because they were going through some sort of merger and he got really busy. He apparently had assigned our video to another guy, but that guy apologized by saying there was a miscommunication between him and Josh. Anyway, we were promised extra videos as compensation that we didn't get, but we were so unhappy with the video we didn't even bother with the extra videos because we ended up not showing anyone. Wedding Day. They showed up on time, which I was very appreciative of because I'm a stickler for time. However, Josh had promised he would come to be the "director" and "visionary", but he wasn't able to make it. Ok, so he sent someone else in his place. That was fine. But again, the end result was no good. The video we received had extremely poor editing and we were extremely disappointed. It didn't even look like they had spent any time really looking over it even though that whole time they kept on telling us everything looked good. There were even some parts of the video that were extremely shaky. Cmon, the cameras were on a stand, why the poor quality? I just didn't understand it. We should've asked for some of our money back, but by that point, I was too tired to care. Money wasted.
