Note: the breakfast on Monday morning was just reheated breakfast from the previous day (everything was badly dried out). Pet friendly was a huge plus! It was easy to take my dog out the side door too. My room had a dirty ceiling (didn't notice until I woke up) and there were lots of black hairs in my shower. But besides that it was a very clean hotel. They have early check in and late check out which is also amazing! I will definitely be back to stay again when I'm there.

I very much appreciate any hotel that does a hot breakfast, which they have. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable, and I love that they have a good size fridge and microwave in the rooms. They have a little express market store to purchase snacks down in the lobby which is extremely convenient, and the staff is very kind. We arrived at 1:00 and tried to get early check in but they said the rooms weren't ready. We would have loved that to be an option, but that wouldn't keep us from coming back. The couch was stained with some sooty deposit and they didn't take care of it, but otherwise I have no complaints. Parking was free and plentiful. There was a pool I didn't use, and a gym that I did. We called again and the person we spoke to said they did not think they found anything but would check and call us. No one ever called to tell us anything. The shoes were definitely left there because we went no where else. We live less than 2 hours away. We are diamond members and are extremely upset that we never even got a call back. The dishonesty and the lack of customer service and concern is very disturbing. This is the worst experience we have had since we became members. It's really frustrating when you are 100% sure you left something behind and you are treated this way. The lack of respect and communication is not acceptable.

I booked a room on Priceline.com tonight and went to check in and immediately the young girl at the desk looked my name up in a big white binder. Unbeknownst to me, I was reported after one of my stays that I smoked in the room and I don't even smoke and never have. I was refused service and when I called Priceline.com they had to call the hotel to see if they would cancel the reservation and return my money but was told no a manager had to authorize that. So until sometime tomorrow when one arrives and hopefully gives me my money back and explains to me when and what they supposedly found and took pictures of I am out $100 and nowhere to stay. I tried calling the hotel tonight and asking the girl the managers name so I could call in the morning but she refused to give me the name. So needless to say I will NEVER AGAIN stay at this dumb. The last room I had there had multiple issues and I reported them to which nothing was done. Even then I was still going to give them another shot this time but obviously that didn't happen bc I supposedly smoked in the room. I can't wait to see what pictures they have of me and the reports that were put in the big white book of no no's. Stay tuned for the update!
